I am a seasoning and condiment collector. I really like this spice paste on beef. We have tried it as a marinade on steak and the only downside is that the moisture inhibits searing. I have mixed a few spoonfuls in ground beef for burger patties and got rave reviews on those burgers. I think the flavor would be delicious on pork and even on chicken for people who like the tomato based flavors. I plan to use this to baste ribs and expect a BBQ type flavor without the sweetness. Flavor is strong and a little goes a long. I will keep this product on hand for burgers and experimentation.
