These were versatile and are nonstick. The major problem I found with them is that you cannot turn the skewers 45 degrees to evenly cook them. There are grooves in the rack and they automatically turn back to the original position. SO to correct the problem you have to turn the meat which then chicken will become too loose and fall off. I don't know if I would purchase them again. You can use them without the racks but that kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it?

Just used this rack for the first time. It did a great job of evenly cooking the meat and veggies. Allows you to turn the skewers during cooking. Only issue is it's $9.00 on Totsy and other sites, so Amazon needs to match this price!

I think this is a very good product both quality and price wise right. You can use the skewers without the base or with it. Great rack.

This is great and easy to clean. Works great for our smoking joe grill which is a small size. Told my sister and she also got a set. You never have to replace these. But would buy again.
