We specifically wanted this Bull BBQ product and Amazon's price with free delivery was absolutely the best after shopping around. The delivery went smoothly and we love the efficiency of the BBQ as well as the excellent quality of the product. The reason for the 4 stars is keeping the stainless steel clean is more of a hassle than expected every bit of grease attracts dust like a magnet and we are always cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. Also the side shelves scratch easily which we resolved with pot-holders. It just takes a little more effort than expected but this is our first stainless BBQ after years of the black "show no dirt" of the old tank. Love it!!
