Ordered the correct unit and installed it found that the groove in the rod nearest the motor did not line up with the BBQ sidewall slot(1/4 inch off) causing the rod to work its way out of the motor and dump the meat on the flame arresters. Poor workman ship. I am going to have to go to a machine shop and have a new slot machined in the rod for this to work. I am also going to have another groove machined in the opposite side of the grill lined up with left side wall where the basket rod comes out. Where is the QC?????

Unfortunately we purchased this a a present to ourselves during christmas and I did not open to install until the summertime which is when I found out that the motor bracket is missing and the handle as well. The return policy is only 15 days, so I will have to eat the costs, but I strongly to not recommend purchasing from this seller as you do not know if it will come complete.

We have had this cradle basket rotisserie for over 6 years and love it. It is easy to clamp the food in the basket, and you don't have a rod running threw the meat, which I really like. Holds a very large piece of meat or 2 chickens. The only trouble we have had is a screw did break off of one of the handles after so much use. I recommend after washing to make sure all parts are dry before reassembling. Can't say enough about how much we have enjoyed this piece of equipment to our grill.

I cook a lot of tri tip steaks and this rotisserie is perfect for cooking two large steaks at a time. I put the steaks in and fire up the BBQ to just short of high and let it run for 40 minutes. Come back out and the steaks are perfect and I did not have to babysit them.
