I tried this with skewered chicken in a marinade.It cooked up perfect with no dripping on the flame so no flairups and the sauce was still on the chicken because it stayed in a pool under it. It gave perfect Grill Marks!
The cleanup was a breeze,the burnt on sauce was wiped off with a wet paper towel. Better than Teflon !!!There was no after taste just the taste of the meat and sauce.
This is going to be in every stocking,birthday present or gift of everyone I know that Grills.

I Try it on my BBQ. It's really nice you can't loose your food in the grill and it's non-stick. All your sauce came in your meat. I strongly recommand it!!!

Fish grilled very easily .After 3 uses, with mild soap and lightly rubbing has torn into a little hole. Not sure that its same quality product as from AU.

This cooking sheet is a silicone-based product. It is great not only for the grill but also for the oven. It allows food not only to be cooked on the grill but allows them specifically to be sautéed on the grill. It allows good to attain a caremelized exterior while maintaining a juicy interior. The sheet cleans easily. It's a great product.

I grill a lot and hate having to clean the inside of my grill so that the grease doesn't build up and start a fire. This prevents that problem completely.
