I have been using the Grill-O-Sheets for 5 years and can not live without them. They are perfect for shrimp and vegetables. I do not over cook my food on the outside and find it raw on the inside. The sheet allows the food to cook evenly. Best of all they are reusable, I usually get about four uses with each sheet. I put it in the dishwasher to clean. Great for fish and making into a basket to take from the grill to your table. Best value out there. Thanks Grill-O-Sheet your the best!
