Good product, fits just like the original flame tamer. I am only giving it four stars, because I feel Cuisinart should have included a set of replacement clips which hold the flame tamer centered and in place. Without new clips the flame tamer shifts either forward or backward if you are not gentle when turning the items you are grilling or if you bump the grill. When this does happen the flame will escape the flame tamer and create direct areas where the flame creates hot spots on your grilling items.

It is of much better quality than the original was however it did not fit well. I had to alter my grill and redrill some holes to get the screws to line up. Other than that it is performing well.

the item is of better quality than the original part. however, the screw holes do not line up with the grill. It will require further work before the flame tamer can be permanently attached.

Like it a lot. Seems to be more durable than the original one that disintegrated after two years of heavy use. Wish the tabs in the grill that hold it in place did not disintegrate after only about six months usage.

This is a flimsy piece of metal, that warped after two uses. It does not compare to the original. Of course I disposed of the original when I got this one, so I'm stuck.

I highly recommend that you do not purchase this, until such time as they work out the issues.
