Bought a smoker recently and needed something to move the delicate big shoulder roasts after 12 hours of smoking. Works perfectly! Also fantastic for shredding the shoulder for pulled pork. Have since used them on beef brisket, and even whole chickens in the oven. Have no idea where these simple tools have been my whole life.

I bought these so I could make pulled pork and chicken from my slow cooked barbecue. They work great for this...the added value for me is the fact that I can lift the pork shoulder off the grill with these too. They seem well made and are easy to grip.

I bought these with the intention of using them while cooking my pulled pork. Usually I've got 2 forks in my hands for turning the meat while cooking and shredding it after. I got these and the first time I used them it was great! So much easier to flip the meat while it's cooking and they make shredding so much easier on your hands! It also cut down the time it took me to actually shred the meat and it did just as good of a job as using the couple of forks. If you shred meat for anything I would recommend these!!

I was able to pull two pork shoulder's in a few mins. They were awesome, worked well to lift the pork out of the trays as well.

As soon as I saw these, I thought "Cool," I have to try them. Ordered right away and received fairly quickly. They are comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver but I think the metal forks could probably be a bit more narrow. The more tender the meat, the easier it is to shred too. Still love them and will continue to use.
