Review of Outset QC70 Chrome Fish Basket with Rosewood Handle

I have used this grill basket for about 4 years now, and it stands up well. I find it works great for grill-blackening large salmon fillets. (butter & Paul Prudome's Red Fish seasoning 4 minutes a side over hot coals on the Weber grill Yum!)

You might expect cleanup could be a problem, but usually allow it to soak in dishwater while enjoying dinner and it cleans up in a flash.

I purchased this since I already had a similar one from Home Depot and liked it so much I wanted a second. Little did I know that this chrome fish basket would be my favorite of the two. It has a curved rack design that permits thicker cuts of meat and fish.

I like it so much that I just ordered another one.
