Anybody knows Bics are the best lighters available. They don't fall apart and have the top fly off. They do last & last! And the flint is always a good sized piece. At least if a bic gets wet it'll dry out quickly and work well afterwards.
As for how many you get, if you read the description it clearly states:

I made the mistake of thinking I was getting a "pack" of lighters, as shown in the picture. It was quite a surprise when I opened the package and found only 1 single lighter which cost me about $5 with the shipping. Oh well, live and learn.....
