i have a LARGE green egg, not the X-large. i first pruchased the large size cover which does seem to be made of good quality material so was excited to try it out however i was disappointed to get it on and have it be way too big (i don't have the shelves on my egg). it looked ridiculous. so i returned it without difficulty and got the medium size. again, i was disappointed to find there was no way that baby was going to fit, i would have ripped it in a couple places if i had forced it over then i would probably have had to cut thru it to get it off. if you have the large egg AND shelves the large cover would likely be what you want.

Not much to say. It is a quality cover. The material is rugged, so it should last. Dimensionally, it is exactly what the description says, so it fit what I needed covered perfectly. It has 4 velcro straps sewn in the seem at the base to secure it to something with legs.
