We purchased this combination grill instead of a Coleman based on its metal construction and the 12,000 BTUs burner. This grill and burner performs. The grill is coated and is an easy clean-up. The burner flame is like a professional kitchen gas stove, it heats up quickly and delivers a perfect burn flame pattern. We love it. Have owned it for 2+ years.

Bought this stove prior to my camping/hiking trip based upon the good reviews other user posted here, only found out in the field, the piezo ignitor does not work. I had to use my emergency matches or I would be starving.

The grease tray does not stay, and it keeps falling out.

The clipper was not bolted on properly, so it does not lock the lid tightly and it gets loose during transport. The brand tag was bolted on crooked.

It is poorly designed, manufactured, and QC'd. The crooked brand tag and loose clipper simply reflect sloppy manufacture, and the ignitor does not work indicates poor quality control/inspection.

When I ignited the stove and grill, they do work. The temperature of grill gets pretty hot and hot enough for steaks! That's only reason I gave it a 2 star rating.

Nice stove for the money. Not as compact as some, but that's not really an issue for this type of stove. The wind screen could be a little more effective; I had to add some foldable screen from my backpacking stove when cooking with a strong wind off Lake Superior. Not that impressed w/ the grille side, but I doubt other models are any better. The heat is so concentrated over the burner that you need to continually move whatever you're grilling.

It's a nice unit, versatile. The BBQ is not perfect; the grill is way too close to flame but that's the nature of it.
