Clearly a notch above the common offerings of Home Depot and Lowes. There was nowhere in my area to see this grill, but after reading encouraging online reviews we took the leap and ordered it anyway and I am glad we did.
Having said that, the condition of the box it arrived in, via UPS, was deplorable. Crushed, wet, and falling apart! However, because it was so well packed from the factory it survived pretty well. All parts were present and only two needed to be replaced-one scratched and one dented. I contacted Napoleon and they promptly made good on the parts. Assembly took a while, but instructions were easy to follow and the grill worked perfectly from the start.
Cooking on this grill is a pleasure. It heats up quicker than any grill I have encountered and is easy to clean. Be sure to read the instructions on seasoning and cleaning the grates.
The only reason I gave four rather than five stars was because of the condition of the box. I was really afraid that there would be numerous missing and damaged parts and problems getting replacements.
