I have the Major Champagne putting it together was a snap, I did the initial lighting for 30 minutes to "ready" the grill, it is so easy to use and actually my coals were ignited in about 6 minutes, flaming red. I use natural charcoal as too much not so good stuff in the every day super market briquettes. I wanted the heavier gauge cover but had to order from UK but it is really nice & only $6 shipping to US. Getting ready to order the chicken roaster for it from same co in UK, you can buy the grills in the US, but not accessories.

I never liked gas grills and got rid of a new one; bought a large enamel grill for my husband, but still wanted a replacement for my small Barbecook that had been out in the elements for years. Finally found the label before giving it to a friend. Got this one from a website and love it!!! Back to enjoying grilling in 15 minutes using newspapers to start it all. Europeans use this grill, but Americans don't seem to buy them instead of the instanteously not so great gas grills. Try one you'll love it too.
