These forks work a hundred times better than the two prong forks that came with my oven. Especially for something as large as a chicken, which is what I cook the most on the rotisserie. Recommended.The spit forks are advertised for 3/8 spit size and that is what is on the packaging. However, it won't work on less than a 1/2 inch spit and would never clamp down on the 3/8 spit.
