The flame is so even, and the burner just feels so much better than the tinny "stainless steel" burner I had before that only lasted a year. This thing is heavy and solid, and portends to last many years although I realize I may have to clean the little holes since they're really never going to disintegrate from the heat like the last one.

I put this on my PGS K30 and it does work. I didn't have a problem with the gas tubes but I did have to raise the igniter box up. The bolt that holds that box in place is threaded so that is not hard to do unless it's rusted tight. In that case it's probably just easier to replace the igniter and box. (Check ebay, sometimes they are very cheap there.) I like the burner, I've had cast iron burners on previous grills and they really last, it looks like this one should also.

This mostly works on the PGS K30, but not perfectly. I have a post base for my K30 and the venturi tubes hit part of the post. I bent the very top part of the post out of the way so the tubes would not collide. The second problem is that this burner has cast in feet (standard one does not), which I believe is prevents it from being close enough to the electric ignitor box for the ignitor to work so I have to ignite by hand.
