The positive: the mitt is PERFECTLY shaped The thumb is adequately sized and positioned in the exact right spot. It feels SO comfortable. . . . . . . Now for the negative: the mitt material covering the fingers, thumb area, and up to the wrist is soft rubber! Not silicone, not a space-aged fabric, but a very cheap, low grade rubber that will start MELTING and SMOKING an acrid, choking cloud like a burning tire within just a few seconds of hovering over the coals as you flip the food. I now know why the price was so low. Thanks, China.
