My grill was about 5 years old and I never really cleaned the inside like I should have. These fit perfectly and make a great flame! Much cheaper than local Home Depot too! I also bought the replacement deflector plates while I was tuning up the old grill. If your grill is old and crusty like mine, be prepared to have to possibly drill out some of the old screws holding the cross-over tube to the pipe burner and also the screws securing the pipe burner to the mounting bracket...not a big deal, but just saying... Also, you will most likely need a few screws (stainless steel) from the local hardware store to secure the pipe burners.A suggestion to anyone replacing pipe burners and deflector plate...while you're replacing the guts of your grill, don't forget to go ahead and get the "cross-over tubes" also. These are the little tubes that carry the flame from one pipe burner to the next.
...looking forward to the next grill out!

In the past I purchased various replacement parts from this vendor/mabufacturer (BBQ factory) and they performed (and still do) really well. This time it's a disappointment. The replacement burners have a faulty design: in original burners some holes faced up, here they face down instead (and yes, I installed them correctly). That causes the wrong flame direction: it becomes in contact with other grill parts and will definitely reduce their longevity.
Also the burners themselves are fabricated from very thin stainless steel. Good if they will last a season of intensive grilling.
Consider something else.
Honest reviews on 15591 (4-pack) Replacement Straight Stainless Steel Pipe Burner
OK, while the title says "exact", actually the flame holes at the back end of the burners point down rather than up like the original ones, but they seem to work just fine. The hardest part is removing the old burners, as the old bolts were REALLY rusted. Once I got them out, I replaced them with new stainless steel bolts. 10-24 is the thread size, and I think the shortest available at the local big box hardware place was 3/4". Getting the ignitor positioned properly was a little fussy, but not too difficult. Might as well replace the ignitor battery while you are at it.I see a lot of complaints about the crossovers. Mine were completely rusted beyond usability. I just omitted them and put bolts in the holes in the burners. Works just fine.
