I'm a fan of the Stok Quattro grill idea whereby they made the grill grates removable so that backyard chefs can use interesting inserts to cook something other than a burger or steak on their grills. We bought the pizza stone insert, the veggie cooker, and the wok. Naturally we thought we'd need these handy little storage brackets to store them.
The brackets work exactly as you'd want them to--they clip into the pre-drilled holes underneath the grill burner next to where the propane tank sits.
But then I had second thoughts about actually using it. Where do you store your grill? We store ours outside on the back porch. So if we store our wok, pizza stone, and veggie cooker on these racks, bugs and critters can easily access them through the back of the grill. There is not a full wall on the Stoke grill like other grills. Darn.
So, while the product works exactly as designed, I only gave it 4 stars due to Stok's decision not to give us a full back wall on the grill itself. Perhaps that's a little harsh, but I think product integration is as important as individual components, so I'm comfortable that it's fair.
