The Eva Solo is a wonderful barbecue. The efficiency of long high heat period
staying at the same temperature for 3 hours (220.C) means you can cook anything you
could possibly desire. Also because the bowl and grill are stainless steel it is
easy to clean. There is a minor quibble in that after cooking you cannot shut it
down/deprive it of air as you can do with a Weber and save fuel for another time. This problem will probably solve itself by experience in using the Eva Solo and how much fuel you need to cook what you having. The longevity of the high heat quotient
gives it my opinion 5 stars.
Not so great was the packaging and lack of instructions in how to assemble. How
the lid fits into the frame took awhile to work out.
