After seeing this size, I would have preferred the next size smaller than seven inches. What might work for me better is the 5x3 inches. For now, I will be happy using this but probably will purchase another one in the future.

I am very happy with this spatula and mine is not loose at all, very tight. I have a commercial stove in my kitchen with a grill top and this spatula is just what I was looking for. At this price its a steal.Best Deals for NEW, 7½-Inch Square-End Spatula, Turner Spatula, Grilling
for half of ten dollars, i no longer have to worry about breaking fish fillets apart with a flimsy plastic spatula.i kept breaking salmon and flounder filets while cooking in a cast iron skillet. cooking with cast iron is the easiest. you spray a thin filet and turn it on a skillet on low and just walk away for a while. but flipping it is hard with plastic or hard rubber spatula ends. they grab the flesh and break it apart. this thin metal one gets underneath it, and stretches a good distance along a filet of fish. i will get a better one later, but in a pinch this one works just fine. maybe next year we can spend the money on a commercial grade; but for now, this one works quite well. for the price, i get to practice until i can afford a really good one. but today i made marinaded salmon fillets with a 3-quart cast skillet. cooked for a while, and slid the blade underneath. they came right up, not breaking the skin. that deserves five stars for an item of this price range.
