These planks are wonderful and add much flavor to your cooking. Be sure you follow the directions and continually spray water during the cooking process. If you do not and the heat is high on the burners, the plank will start on fire.
I have seen planks at grocery and warehouse clubs for a lot less, but not sure if the quality is the same.
