Somewhat expensive, but worth every penny. Easy to use and instructions are well written. Don't get me wrong, I love slow and low cooking on a traditional smoker, but this product is really winning me over. I really like not having to mess with the coals and the temp as much, that is worth the cost in time and headaches right there.

got this for my husband and he loves it. he is so excited when he uses it, like a kid w/ a new toy. and he reports that it works "exactly like it's supposed to". so there ya go!
