I ordered a sear burner when I purchased my Bull BBQ grill a year ago, this thing is amazing! If you cook steaks this is a MUST! The sear burner puts out some serious heat and seals in the juice. mmmmmmm bloody steak juice :) . I will start the grill, go in grab my meat and by the time I get to the grill the thermometer needle is past the numbers.
