I bought these racks to smoke small and soft type meats and fish without falling through the mesh. Advertised as non-stick Teflon coated, I thought I wouldn't have to deal with pre-spraying the racks with a non-stick coating and that the wash-up would be a breeze. There weren't any instructions to "season" them, so after the first washing they went into the smoker untreated. The Salmon I was smoking stuck to the racks worse then on the original ones. Clean-up was quite a chore. After a pat down drying, I left them to air dry any H2O that I missed. The next morning there was a small rust spot at each of the wire crossings. They do work fine, but I'm back to using non stick spray. Unfortunately, like too many goods, they're made in China.

These racks double my capacity of jerky when I smoke because they fit over each other like a sandwich and give you two racks instead of one. This is a no brainer These are a must have!!! Highly recommend.

I ordered 4 more Bradly smoking racks for my 4 rack smoker. With just the 4 racks in the smoker, you can only do so much. Well I added 4 more racks by placing my meat(baby back ribs) in the racks already installed. Then I inverted(turned them upside down)the new 4 racks and then placed more ribs on them. It was a bit of a tight fit, but it worked. Due to the size of the ribs, I managed to cook 12 racks of baby back pork ribs.

Purchased for use in my Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker as it indicates they will fit. They do, but with some persuasion. A bit too wide but will fit if you tilt them into place. They are well built and do the job.

Easy clean up. I don't know why you won't accept just a few words., I read short revieww's first. One does not have to rave about a product to lket people he is happy with it.
