I used the rack to smoke 17 chicken legs. With the fire and wood chips on one side of the grill and the rack of chicken legs on the other, they turn out great. My grandkids love the taste and before they went home, I had no chicken legs left. The rack keeps the legs suspended off the grill grade and keeps the moisture and flavor in the chicken. Very easy to clean after use.

bought them as gifts too, now everyone has two, great for cookouts with grandkids. Wrap foil on bottom so the chicken legs don't burn and it catches the grease.

I have made both chicken legs and jalapeno peppers in this and both work very well. The nonstick coating Makes cleanup a breeze. Very well constructed and well worth the price.
