I'm very pleased with these heat plates. They fit perfectly into my Lynx 27" grill. No cons to report. Would buy again. I will update in the future as to how well it holds up. It is easy to remove the existing plate and replace the the new one. There are clips that that attach the briquettes to the plate that are not included. However, if it is a built-in BBQ, the clips are not really required and can be ignored. Might need the clips if you have a portable grill.One of the plates I received had too small of an area to place the last row of briquettes, as the bends were too close together. I put this on the side of the BBQ, so it did not present a problem even though the briquettes were not flat. Otherwise, everything was acceptable.
