Supposed to be exact replacement but had to make modifications to grill to get mounted on grill. Now works as good as original picture not exact though. Doesn't have warm, bbq, grill bar under degree readings.

The picture showed warm bbq and cook somthing to that efect, when i recived them they were plane no writing on them at all they work just fine but not the item that was shown im curently using them on a custom made bbq that is a 500 gallon drum. I just thought they would be labled like they were in the pic.. Ed

Already fogged up but it does clear temporarily every time I turn on the heat. I suppose that's most important.

I am assuming that the image has changed since previous reviews, because I received the item in the image. This temperature gauge is perfect for registering many types of meat: chicken, beef, fish etc. I found it was simple to use, and a great deal for the price.
