My wife has always complained about the flavor of foods cooked on a gas grill. With these, food cooked on the gas grill have some flavor. I've used this when cooking chicken, ribs, burgers, and pork. All came out tasting much better than gas grill alone.I also like that each can can be use a couple of times. You do have to pay attention and remove the can after 10 minutes or so, else it is single use. For some foods I keep the can in the whole time, so single use.
