I received one of these for Christmas last year and I absolutely love it. I never have to worry about drying out the meat from cooking it too long. I can cook beef, pork, fish, chicken etc. etc. without any problem. This fork will tell by the temperature if your meat is rare, medium or well done and there are different settings for each type of meat. It is a must for the outdoor grill chef, you will not be disappointed. The best cooking utensil I have seen in some time.
