This burner fit my Members Mark grill perfectly. It puts out an amazingly hot flame that sears meats and vegetables quickly, leaving resturant style grill marks. I will then move the food over to the standard burners for the remainder of the cooking.
I also use it for indirect cooking as my grill will now peg the temp gauge over 800 degrees (if desired) when this burner is turned to high and the grill cover is closed for a 10 minutes or so. I maintain it at 400-450 degrees when cooking things like pizza indirectly.
