This product is heavy duty! it will EASILY support two chickens in your gill without ANY worry of tipping over. very high quality welds that hold it together. easy to clean.... and not to meantion, i made beer can chicken for the first time using this product, and it was no joke the best chicken i EVER had! the beer keeps the meat nice and moist wile allowing you to cook it long enough to ensure a safe internal temp! Ordered two of these to smoke 4 chickens at one time. Great item, sturdy and handy to have. After all, when it comes to these great tasting chickens no one should smoke just one! The only drawback to the quality is the welding of the can holders is done by eye and the welder must need glasses because they were welded wherever and one side of each rack you have to practically crush the can in and the other fits like a dream! Crams in enough to not bother exchanging it, probably get another off-welded one anyway! I still recommend them but only give 4 stars because of the inconsistent weld

Bought this about two years ago and could not do without. Use it on a Jenn Air big cooker and it cooks two chickens better on this rack then using rotissere. Easy to clean as not a lot of close metal parts so just use a scrubber little brush after soaking an hour or by pouring boiling water over and clean immediately. We have one of the old turkey roaster heavy, heavy steel small handle tops that we turn upside down and set the entire rack in which fits perfect end to end with about 1 to 2 cups of water in the bottom. Would buy again without hesitation.
