With all the reports of health issues arising from wire-based grill brushes, I figured it was time for a change. This does NOT clean as well as a good wire bristle brush. That said with some additional high heat, it can be an effective way to clean a grill...and not worry about anyone ingesting wire by accident.

This is a very versatile tool for grills. I was having problems with the brushes loosing their wire on the grill grates. Didn't want to have to worry about wire in the food. This scraper does a very good job at scraping the grates and getting between them.

This products works well for my charcoal weber but when I tried this on my gas grill it didn't work that well because the grates are closer together still not a bad product

It has lots of nooks and hooks and crannies, so you'd think ONE of them would fit the bars on my grill and give a good close scrape but no, that's not the case. I don't think my grill has unusual dimensions either it's from a Kamado Joe and it seems to be about the same as a Weber grill in terms of gauge of steel bars and spacing between them.
