Yes this item was delivered in a very short time considering that it was originating in USA. It is wider than the original item supplied with the BBQ and now covers the burner completely which I welcome. The length is not important as it adapts to the length you require. The quality is good and I am almost certain that it will last longer than the original item which was about TEN YEARS. In fact it could see me out!!

I would certainly buy from this Company again and would feel confident that the item they describe is the one that I would receive.

The big test is tomorrow when we will be cooking for twenty people.

I have a different brand grill, but the vaporizer bars made for my unit were much more expensive -I measured the length and width of the ones needing replacement and decided it was worth trying thse Char-Broil universal bars -they were a little narrower than the ones I'm replacing, but the price difference made it worth the risk. Delivered quickly -they slid right into my grill -works great. I will use them again.

I have a Kenmore Grill that is about 8 years old. The original vapor bar had finally rusted all the way through. So for months I was on the lookout for grilling items to return in the stores for spring time. I looked at Kmart, Walmart, Meijer, and other stores that sell outdoor living items. To my eyes, none of them looked as well built as this one did. It easily adjusted to my grill and spreads the flames evenly for proper cooking. Well worth the $14. Don't settle for cheaper made versions.

My grill, a CharBroil, gets a fair amount of use through the entire year. It sits out in all weather, and I live in a climate where it rains for seven months out of the year. I have a 10 year old grill, and have just gotten into the habit of replacing the burner element and vaporizer bar every year.

=== The Good Stuff ===

* These are easy to install, and definitely serve their purpose. I use them both as a flame/heat spreader, and to keep meat drippings from gumming up the lava rocks in the bottom of my grill.

* They are made of a reasonable grade of steel, but the combination of heat and exposure to the elements takes its toll. I could probably get somewhere between a year or two out of one of these bars, but have just gone with a yearly replacement.

=== The Not-So-Good Stuff ===

* Nothing serious to note. The bar could be just a little narro Thwer, at least for my application...but really not a big deal. I wouldn't mind if they were made of a thicker grade of steel, but again, they work fine and yearly replacement isn't a real big deal.

=== Summary ===

Every Spring I refill my propane tanks, buy a new grill brush, and replace the burner and vaporizer bar. Works for me.

I've used this 3 times since installing and it works great. It comes in 3 pieces so it can fit a range a sizes. I only needed the 2 longest pieces to fit in my char-broil grill.
