When I opened one of the two boxes of castor wheels the wheel was missing. I was going to complain, but it had been 2 weeks from when I received them. At a cost of $5.99 + Shipping I decided to write it off to a bad experience, and to not buy online again.

Hate being ripped off, but you live and learn.

wrong caster it was not a weber 3623 it a waber 6414 it is 1/4" to short so my BBQ is not level just a ripoff vender.

Well, I can't say a whole lot as it is a wheel and they turn. This replacement wheel fit the bill as needed to replace a broken wheel on my barbecue. It was a perfect replacement.
