Unfortunately these burners did not work for me(Lowes Perfect flame 720-0335). Could not get the ideal blue flame. The flame was very yellow and at the end of the burner the three horizontal holes seemed to produce a larger flame then the rest of the burner. There are no adjusters, so there was nothing I could do. I am sure I would still be able to cook food, but was being very picky about the blue flame.
I bought other burners which had the air adjusters and was able to get the blue flame I was seeking. These burners were $7.00 more.

Originally I purchase a single burner tube. Once I installed it, I purchased a 3 pack. I saw a replacement set from a website that priced a set of four for around $79. These fit my Kirkland grill, with the exception of 90 degree tab on the screw end. You could hammer it flat if needed; I wasn't that particular, instead of screwing that end down again, I used some heavy gauge copper wire to secure it. It's not going anywhere. The replacement burners produce a nice fine blue flame. This beats having to junk a perfectly functional grill and shelling out $1,000 for another grill. The gauge of the steel feels like it should hold up about as long as the original, but at that price, it wouldn't bother me to replace them every 3 or 4 years, especially since I won't have to drill out rusted mounting screws again.

These were exactly what I was looking for, and they fit my grill as they said they would. However, too many other peices of my workhorse gas grill were eroded to resurrect it....alas, it's not the fault of these items, and they did work briefly until other problems arose. It was worth a shot for the price.
