I have fond memories of the outdoor kebabi grills in Central Asia. Now cooking for one, and still loving kebab style cooking, this little grill is perfect...load it up, get it hot and then put on two or four kebabs...perfect and not wasting charcoal. Haven't tried the rack yet but will for grilled eggplant and zucchini.
