When I received the box of 4 burners, one was broken. I had to get someone to weld it together. It was very hard to weld. I felt it would have been more of a hassle to send it back, a try to receive another one in its place.

They look and fit just like the original. However the flames were lower than the original. In high only a medium flame came out. The shipping was on time and no problems with delivery.

I expected the items to be the exact same as what I had in my grill and they were not. These had a cotter pin on the end where they hook into the grill where mine does not. There were also no instructions as how to change these out. These are not the sellers fault as my expectations were probably high to begin with on getting parts to a grill I have had for 4 5 years. The MFR did not have the parts any longer and I thought that instead of buying a new grill I could replace the burners. Still working the issue. Thank you.
