hey, this isn't a real complicated product, it's just a big f'n spoon ! but it's built well, can't really imagine it ever wearing out or breaking.Spoon was manufactured as if the process was performed in a high school metal shop. Very amateurish. More difficult than necessary, in my opinion, to finally receive a full refund.
