I am very happy with the product...the reason I didn't give it 5 because the provided gas hose is very hard to hook up with the unit even it's rubber and bendable. You'd need to bend the hose like a U at the end in order to hook it up as there is not much space at the connector. Customer service is A++ quick response and very helpful!!

Was impressed as soon as I opened the box. Very well made and built to last. The lid seems a little on the flimsy side but everything else is bulletproof.
