This was a replacement for the screen that came with my P3 grill. The screen was an exact replacement and was easy to install. In addition to adding an abundance of smoke while grilling, the screen extends the life of the P3's burner. This was my first replacement and my grill is now 10 years old, and in great shape. Protect your burner by replacing the screen when the time comes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This screen does not appear to be as strong as the original screen that came with the grill. The original screen lasted 8 years and for the price I hope this one lasts half as long. The service from the seller was great FAST shipping.

These flavor screens are a good idea that doesn't work out too well. This is the second screen I have bought since I got the grill, and it probably won't be the last. The drippings from the cooking that add flavor also destroy the screen. I'm guessing the salt present in the drippings cause the metal to corrode, especially with the intense heat acting as a catalyst. My biggest complaint was with the shipper. The screen was not packed in anything but the cardboard that was surrounding the screen itself. The first one arrived bent nearly in half (obviously UPS put something heavy on top of it). The replacement was shipped exactly the same way, but arrived in normal condition. I don't understand how a company can afford to risk a shipping incident such as this with something so expensive.
