Was very dissapointed in this grill.The upper shelf when you close the cover sits right on top of the main cooking area so when you are cooking chicken the grill cover wont close all the way. The only reason I bought this grill was for the shelf to cook baked potatoes or corn. I finally talked to someone and they came over and did some measuring and drilled new holes (the first ones they did didn't end up lining up so they had to drill some more)in the sides and the shelf now is where it was suppose to be in the first place. The clips to hold it closed are not right either...one closes the other one doesn't..not impressed at all

Best Deals for Ragalta REG-1500 Electric Grill
An electric BBQ is never going to be as good by any means such as a conventional grill. The taste is not the same at all, and it's not juicy. It looks great and the grill size is decent, but not what we had hoped for. Also the latch on one side does not close, more of a hassle to return it. Maybe it would be better for fish than steals or burgers. We live in an apartment so we decided to try it, but I think we are going to use the complex's grills from now on.

It has plastic legs. The elevated rack is a waste. When it's time to clean the bottom of the grill pan, it is a lot of work taking it a part. I removed the drip tray and covered the base of the pan with aluminum foil. I just loosen the screws to the heating elements from the pan wall and slide the dirty foil out and replace it with a clean one. I do not recommend this product.

It is better than the on I bought at Walmarts years ago. ONly thing I do not like it is from China.
