My 12 year old Sears Kenmore grill was working fine but needed new grill grates. Sears wanted $134.00 each ($268 total) for replacements. I considered buying a new natural gas grill of equal quality to what I had at a cost of $850.00+. So, I kept looking on the internet and finally found Music City Metals web site . They have a phenomenal on line catalog for finding replacement grill parts. I found just the item I needed at $117.00 for a pair of grates but they don't sell directly to retail customers.

So I searched on Amazon for the Music City Metals part number and found it for $39.48 each (78.96 total)! We are now cooking with better than new grill grates for $190.00 less than the Sears OEM parts.

I was amazed at the Music City Metals web site because I found a lot of other parts for my grill for future fixes.

Delivery was as promised.

I was skeptical about the quality since the price seemed low than the OEM. But, these grates are a winner.

I did an oil coating before using them. This has gone thru one summer of twice a week usage. Still looks good as new. Very impressed.

I purchased these grates to rebuild my grill rather than purchase a new one. They were a little smaller than the original grates, so there's a gap on the sides but work well. The quality of the grates was great and I would buy them again but I have a feeling my grill will fall apart before I will have to replace them. Great product. Delivered on time and packaged really well.

I bought these for my Sears Kenmore Grill. They fit perfectly and are well made. However, they are not an exact OEM replacement. The cross section of the original grates was triangular so one side was pointed and the other flat. The pointed side was for beef and flat for fish. These grates are elliptical in cross section so that both sides are flat. I don't mind though because the OEM replacements cost for two grids was $230 before tax and shipping. These grids are a great value and have extended the life of my grill for at least one more year.

I thought the finish must be a baked enamel such as what you would find on a broiler pan for a kitchen oven. Not so. The finish blistered at high heat and is now flaking. I had to get a disposable aluminum foil grill to go over top.
