I had bought a pair of these alligator tongs from Sportsman's Warehouse several years back, and was very impressed with them. Sturdy. Durable. So were my river buddies. So I was pleased when I found them online, and bought 6 pairs to hand out to my envious friends. Well, I was a bit disappointed when the tongs arrived they are made from lighter material (about 2/3 the thickness of my original pair) and just don't seem to have the same "manliness" to them. They might as well be pink in color. They function the same as the original, but why make them lighter? To save a little bit of aluminum? Yeah, I'm disappointed.

These are a must have for fire pits. I use them at home and while camping in the fire pit to move logs around and I bought several extras for back up. My first pair have made it over five years of camping and still work.

These are the absolutely the best grilling tongs. The grip many different kinds of meat well and are especially good for odd shaped items like kabobs. Throw away those tongs you got with your grilling set and use these instead. The leverage makes it easy to hold onto slippery marinated meat and the bottle top grips make it even easier.

This is a great pair of tongs. I use them to move charcoal briquetts from the fire to the dutch ovens. I highly reccomend them. good price also.
