We will see as time goes on, but it seems to better quality than the cover I buy and replace every year or so fo my gas grill.

Exactly what I wanted. Try it out the same day it arrived and it worked great. I also like the way it is built. I would suggest that you install a wire handle on each side of the water tray for easier way to remove the tray.The cover is also made very well.
