Mat is impossible to clean and after one use the coating is coming off. Very poor product. Returned to Amazon for refund.

Purchased this recently at a Farmer's market (for a few bucks more than Amazon is selling it for, BTW) and have already used it a couple times. We just purchased a new grill and have been grilling 4 times a week, now we may bump that up! I love that I can throw veggies and fruit on the grill without losing some pieces between the grill slates. You can even put cheese on the mat and sop it up right on the bread (grilled cheesy bread!)! It still makes grill marks on the food, too. Clean up was pretty easy, just take the mat inside and clean it with soapy water (sooo much easier than cleaning the grill!). The only thing I can not comment on is durability. We were cautioned NOT to cut on the mat, which seems pretty self evident, but you can cut it to a smaller size if need be.

I bought this at a local business fair for the full retail of $25. I used it once and the grill started melting through the mat in several places. When you go to the company website for the warranty information I was to put it lightly, annoyed. They want me to pay to ship it back and then pay another $8 shipping and processing to get a replacement. Basically this is going into the trash because I am not paying $10 -$15 dollars, depending on the cost to ship it to them, to replace a $25 product. If it had worked at all I could replace it here on Amazon for the same price!!! The idea here is great, but the product is poor quality and customer service is horrible.

Does what it says. Keep in mind you cannot use it over an open flame.Cleans off very easily. Husband was skeptical but loves it.
