This is a heavy duty grill cover and fits the Broil King Imperial 590 Grill perfectly and would recommend this cover to use with this grill.

I was impressed with how well this cover is made. I would expect a quality cover for the price I paid. I live in sunny California and this cover has held up well to the wind and rain and I suspect will also do well in the snow. It fits very well and offers excellent protection from the elements -except for the sun! Our broiler and cover are in the sun all day long and it started to fade within a week or so. The black cover we ordered soon became a dark grey and than a light grey on the top within a matter of weeks. The fabric apparently has no sun protection. This cover should work better in the shade but be warned that it will fade quickly in the sun. If your cover will be in the shade most of the time or fading is no problem for you, than I will give it 5 stars. Otherwise I would recommend a different cover material that will not fade as easily or one that is lighter in color such as a tan that will not show fading as quickly. The last time I checked Broil King covers only come in black.

Good and heavy cover but first time I removed it one of the velcro fastening tabs tore right off! Fortunately the cover is hefty enough to just drape over grill without fasteners. Handles are very helpful for removal of cover if they stay attached. Seems to keep elements at bay.

I wasn't particularly looking for a Broil King cover to use on my new Broil King grill, however, in searching for a heavy duty cover, my research took me to the Broil King brand. This cover is NOT made of a vinyl coated, cotton backed material like most covers, that cracks and peels off after a short time. This is a heavy duty cloth type material that is VERY durable. The one thing I like is it seemed to be breathable with built in vented areas. Also a nice touch is the handles that help in removing the cover. with this cover you get in my opinion a much more durable, higher quality cover that appears will last far beyond the vinyl coated ones that dominate the market. Plus you get all this for 10 bucks more than the other mass marketed ones. I could only find this cover online, my Broil King dealer didn't even carry them.
