The dimensions of the product I received (14.5" x 7.5") did not match the description (16.75" x 3.9") and did not fit my Brinkmann grill at all. There was no problem returning it and getting a refund, but still annoying.

The heat shields I received were different than the picture shown AND do NOT fit the Charmglow model #'s listed. This product is sold by "bbqfactory" and only fulfilled by Amazon. I've used Amazon regularly over the past few years and have always been happy with their service. However, I will continue to shop through Amazon, but never with bbqfactory products!

These heat shield plates were made of far better material than the orginal plates that came with the grill. The price was better than I found at Home Depot and it was shipped promply.
