Received my grill and have been cooking on it for a month of hardcore testing and various uses/so far everything has been excellent.

My first time venturing into Pellet grills but this is a good one. Two issues with it so far. The first was the units power cord was severed during shipment. Couldn't wait to start cooking with it, so just spliced the cord and put it together. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but you may need assistance as this thing is pretty heavy! Fill the hopper, turn it on and it feeds the pellets into the unit automatically. Set your desired temp, add your meat and finish your chores but don't go too far. This brings me to the second issue. The hopper is only sloped to a point, so it can run out of pellets sooner than you may think. They can't all fall into the auger without some intervention. Not a huge deal, but a design flaw to be sure.Otherwise, it works great. It seems to hold the temp pretty well, with about +/10 degrees fluctuation based on the temp probe built in. Not sure if it just my unit, but the fan does seem to be a bit overpowered as there has been quite a bit of ash blown around the grill which again is not a big deal but disappointing. Fairly solid overall. We'll see how it holds up. 6 racks of ribs and three pork shoulders in with no major issues. I'm sure there are better quality units out there, but having the ability to clean out the ashes without disassembly puts it into a higher priced category.
