I received it very quick and noticed the package was very heavy and because of that, the box was open in several places and had been taped up. The grill had small dent in top but not enough to return. Excellent built out of heavy gauge steel. Very easy to

assemble, probably an hour or less. Takes two people to handle heavy top. Read directions about seasoning grill before use.

Excellent product and I would recommend to anyone who wants a good old fashioned charcoal grill. The mfg packing could be

improved to prevent shipping damage. Otherwise great item.

Love this grill! This is a heavy-duty high-quality grill. Took a while to put together. Instructions said two-person assembly, but I put together myself with a little additional effort. Large grilling area and the cast iron grill plates are very nice and easy to clean! Definitely happy with this purchase!

Grill was delivered to our protected, screened porch.

It arrived in a fairly lightweight cardboard box with the advertising on the side (like you'd buy a a that you'd buy it off the shelf in a store no extra cardboard packaging. Just had a delivery sticker on the side.

The top was not sealed at all (the flap was open), and the one corner was gouged open. When we took all the parts out, there were many scratches over the hood and sides. Rather than deal with trying to get everything back in the damaged box and deal with return, we went ahead and assembled it.

A "45 minute assembly" turned into 2 days for us.

We had everything assembled but the base of the actual cooker and found the one side of the heavy cooker base was bent at the top (significantly. It would not close properly.

It was so heavy that my husband had to take heavy padded material around the bend, and hammer it until we could close it. It is still bent somewhat, but we can get the top closed. However, the far right grilling grate will not fit tight.

The grill itself is fine, but it appears that they cut a lot of corners in their packaging and quality control.

Just have put this grill together. My Wife and I took our time and still it only took a couple hours. Instructions were right on and all parts were clearly marked. Illustrations were very helpful. I haven't used the grill yet, but due to it's structure and design, I can see it will cook just great.

If I had one adverse comment, it would be about the product label on the front of the hood. It took my wife longer to get it off than it did to put the whole thing together. A suggestion would be, since the label is intended for display, include it in the box, but do not apply it.

This is a nice grill once you have it assembled. The materials are decent quality, the grill body is aprox 20 gauge steel, and it is a very nice design. The manufacturing quality is poor, with badly aligned holes, bolt holes incompletely drilled, and some conspicuously iffy spot-welds on the charcoal tray. If you have decent assembly skills, it shouldn't present a problem, but for $150.00, I expected better. Oh yeah, the box it is shipped in is too weak for shipping, so expect a torn box and some dents you will need to straighten-out.
